This villa is divided into three separate bodies on a large plot with a steep southern slope. The lower two floors are unobtrusively sunk into the ground while the upper one juts out dominantly with its dynamic roof.

The terraced houses built in the 1970th according to the project of professor of architecture with the celebrated German precision no longer meets the today´s living standards. We tried to honor and respect the original architectural idea when designing the reconstruction.
