The development project of family houses - Borek

On sloping, southeast-oriented plots, a set of three "stone" family houses is designed. The houses, adorned with stone cladding, subtly differ from each other, providing ample privacy for future owners, while the expansive terrace simultaneously offers breathtaking views of the surroundings.

Row houses with rooftop terraces - Stará Plesná

Family houses are designed with an emphasis on simplicity and universality. Their placement on the plot and an open social space facing the street minimize the differences between private and public space, creating an open environment for neighborhood life and social interactions.

Administrative building with climbing greenery - Valašské Meziříčí

In the industrial area near the city center, an administrative building with an original design reflecting the company's activities is designed. Gradually receding floors shaping the distinctive form of the building are complemented by a striking facade with climbing greenery.

Pension on a slope with a shared wellness facility - Klimkovice

Near the extensive spa area in Klimkovice, a trio of buildings is designed, which are interconnected with a shared wellness facility.

Reconstruction of the Metropol Hotel into a Residential Building - Slezská Ostrava

The building with an interesting history was transformed at the investor's request into a modern apartment building with a café on the ground floor, an extension made of corten trapezoidal sheet metal and an interesting solution of balconies facing the courtyard.

Reconstruction and Extension of Ostravica Department Store - Ostrava

When it was discovered during the reconstruction of the building that the originally intended pre-set facade, the so-called “second skin”, was technically unfeasible due to the poor condition of the roof trusses, the architects returned to the restoration of the original facade from the 1930s, supplemented by a new generously glazed superstructure.

Conversion of the Production Area - Moravský Beroun

The architects upgraded the existing production area to an elegant complex with an emphasis on preserving historical elements and smartly used the space around the watercourse for visitors and employees to relax.

Multi-purpose House for Athletes - Olomouc

In accordance with the philosophy of the area, the architects designed a multi-purpose building with shopping units and services on the ground floor, small hotel-type flats for athletes and a glazed gym on the roof level.

Reconstruction of the Ostravica Textilia Department Store into a Cultural Centre - Ostrava

For many years dilapidating famous department store was transformed into a new cultural centre by this renovation. The original building was preserved and the house was given a translucent second skin.
